Member Information

Charter

The Charter is an implicit agreement between each member and Peace and Quiet which lays out what is expected of them. By accepting entrance to the guild, it is understood and agreed that:

  • You endeavour to make yourself available for raids.
  • You endeavour to make yourself available to other members to aid them.
  • You respect the decisions of the guild founders.
  • You treat everyone with respect and courtesy.
  • When playing outside of the guild, you recognise that you are an ambassador to Peace and Quiet and behave as such.
  • You endeavour to exemplify your class and strive to better yourself through potions, gearing and enchantments.
  • You recognise that a failure to uphold these standards will result in your removal from the guild.

Rules

  • You are entitled to up to 3 CSCs (Character/Spec Combo).
  • Only one of your CSCs may be under level 80 but your first CSC must be at least 70, even new Death Knights.
  • Your CSC below level 80 must be a CSC you are actively (not casually) levelling up for the purposes of raiding in future. The guild will help you level and gear up such CSCs.
  • The guild does not differentiate between your main and alt CSCs, you don't need to either.
  • CSCs are assigned to one of three categories. These are DPS, Healers and Tanks. There is no reason you can't have multiple CSCs in the same category.

Channel Code of Conduct

Because of the multiple channels involved in PQ, there are a few channel-related rules that should be adhered to:

  • Remember the Charter!
  • Consider your audience in chat channels. While /g is a well controlled environment, public channels are public so it's advisable to keep a general PG filter on your language and content.
  • Please do use pqraid for general chat and voice, but remember it will be used during raid times for raid discussion, so try to stay on topic during those times.
